Fire Safety Tips for Kids
Fire can be helpful as in warming at a camp site or to cook food. It also can be dangerous. Kids needs to know what fire is and what it can do.
For years the National Fire Safety Council has been teaching children to “ Stop, Drop, Cover and Roll.” Fire District 12 uses this program to teach children in our community about fire prevention and safety during school and daycare visits.
